When will KamiKatsu Working for God in a Godless World be released?

As we commented in a previous opportunity, KamiKatsu Working for God in a Godless World is scheduled for release next year. April 5 on Japanese television, while on this side of the world, it will arrive on the streaming platform of Crunchyroll, where we will have a simulcast, so we will receive a new episode every week.

As for the studio that is in charge of this adaptation, we have Studio Palette, who has Yuki Inaba in the position of director, Yoshifumi Sueda as supervisor, Aoi Akashiro in the musical section and to Kaori Ishikawa in character design.

KamiKatsu Working for God in a Godless World is a manga written and drawn by Sonshō Hangetsuban, beginning its serialization in May 2019 in the magazine Hero's Inc. Monthly Hero's, however, in November 2020 became a part of the sleeve website of Comiplex, where it is currently published.

To date, it has a total of 6 compilation volumes and its success has been undeniable, even achieving a parallel serialization based on the main plot, entitled "What my big sister does in a world without gods."

This story takes us with Yukito, who is the son of the leader of a cult, but during a ceremony, he ends up being sacrificed, but instead of dying, he ends up appearing in another world, one in which not only there is no religion, but the contents are drawings similar to doodles.

However, in this new world, the government decides the life span of each of the inhabitants and once they have reached their term, they are forced to commit suicide. Yukito and his new friend, lose their lives, but to their good fortune, they are revived by a mysterious deity.
