History of Kanae Kocho

Kanae Kocho was born into the Kocho family, one of the most powerful families of demon hunters in the Demon Slayer world. Kanae had two older sisters, Shinobu and Kanao, who also became demon hunters. From a young age, Kanae showed a great talent for the butterfly breathing technique, which made her an exceptional demon hunter.

Despite being the middle sister, Kanae was very close to her sisters and had a very special relationship with Kanao, the younger sister. Kanae was a role model for Kanao and always motivated her to keep going in her training.
