What is Classroom of the Elite about?
Classroom of the elite immerses us in a plot that at first glance, might seem light and even funny, but the depth of the episodes ends up revealing that we are actually facing a seinnen with a very particular combination, since the main protagonist, not only serves as the central axis of the whole story, but also has the trait of badass, which makes him an outstanding character that fits perfectly with all the situations that develop.
The story takes us to a school in Tokyo, Japan, where students who graduate with top honors will be destined for prestigious government positions, but to do so, they must be exceptional in class, so they will be exposed to unusual subjects and classroom methods that seek to explore the student's intelligence to the fullest.
Consequently, students are divided by classes that are framed with letters, which symbolize the level of intelligence and skill of the students that compose it. These are divided into 4, A, B, C and D, with A being the most prestigious, while D is considered of low level and with students without memorable skills.
However, this is where our protagonist comes in, Kiyotaka Ayanokouji, a new student who is selected for class D, specifically 1-D, but after several events, he decides to move up to class A, but in a discreet way, and with that, he starts a plan for his class to start earning points, since with them, a class can be moved up a level.
This high school has very striking ways of rewarding its students: they receive points that are the equivalent of money, so they must also demonstrate that they are above the system with their management of finances.
Throughout the episodes we will see how new groups of companions are formed, other characters become more relevant, such as the one of Suzune, while others adopt the role of antagonists and villains, and it is here where our protagonist manages to rise as a badass with his wit, his particular charisma and his combat skills.
